Returns & Exchanges

Now…we want your scrubs to spark JOY,

so if something isn’t quite right – we’re here to help.

Please read the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges and store credit requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including packaging.
  • Refunds are available for faulty or defective items only.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To get started:
Please include:

Your order number
The reason for return/exchange
Any relevant details (if applicable)

We will reply ASAP with return instructions.

3. Domestic Return Shipping

We accept returns and exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Faulty/defective items

Please note that return shipping labels are not provided. Customers are responsible for organising and covering the cost of return postage when sending items back for exchange. Once we receive and process your returned item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

4. Exchanges & Store Credit

Just contact us within 30 days and we'll organise either:

  • A size exchange, or
  • A gift card

5. Refunds (Faulty Items Only)

Refunds are issued for verified faulty or defective items only.

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
Please note:

Items discounted at checkout are still eligible for return or exchange.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.

8. Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee if returned items do not meet the above return conditions.
